Hi, I’m Zack Coughlin

I have been training clients full time for over a decade. In this time, I have helped collegiate and national team athletes, great grandmothers and everyone in between accomplish their health and wellness goals.

My goal is to help you achieve your results as quickly, effectively, and safely as possible. No more mindless burpees, no more throwing you against a wall to see if you stick — your fitness programs will include only the most researched, effective, and no nonsense methods of both training and nutrition. I am excited to show you that changing your fitness does not need to be painful and tedious, but that it can actually be pretty fun!

Proper nutrition is the hardest part of all of this. Coughlin Health and Performance will set you up on a plan that is not as restrictive as you might think, easy to follow, and darn effective.
