Zack Coughlin, Owner & Coach

I’ve spent the last 12 years helping hundreds of clients move, feel, and live better. My approach goes beyond sets and reps—every new client starts with detailed movement screenings and strength assessments, so your training is built on precision, not guesswork. From there, I design programs that balance challenge with sustainability, giving you the strength, vitality, and confidence to keep doing the things you love as you age.

At Coughlin Health & Performance, I blend research backed training methods with a warm, supportive coaching style, and over a decade of hands on experience. My focus is on long-term health, not quick fixes—and I bring in trusted professionals like dietitians and physical therapists when needed to make sure you’re supported on every front.

    For those who want the most personalized experience, private training gives you undivided attention. Each session is built around your goals, adjusted in real-time, and supported by 12+ years of experience helping clients move, feel, and perform at their best.

  • Small Group Personal Training

    Small Group, Same Level of Coaching
    Semi-private training combines the same tailored programming and expert coaching, but in a small group of up to 3. It’s a chance to train alongside others, share the energy, and still get the coaching you need.
